*Vitralit®黏合劑和灌封化合物是基於丙烯酸酯或環氧樹脂基礎的單組分體系。

幾秒鐘內在紫外線或可見光下固化,並且依據產品,可以熱固化後固化。
使用高強度UV氣體放電燈或LED系統可以實現0.5至60秒的固化時間。Vitralit®黏合劑是大批量生產的理想選擇。
短的曝光時間允許處理和粘合溫度感應的基板。通過熱固化黏合劑,Vitralit®產品也可以在陰影區域固化。

UV和光固化Vitralit®黏合劑簡化了處理和分配過程。可提供各種黏度、從毛細管流動到間隙填充。
為每個應用提供完美的解決方案。所有Vitralit®UV和光固化黏合劑均不含溶劑,對環境無害。

LED 固化
與氣體放電燈不同,LED光源是單色光譜。用於固化粘合劑的LED設備可以提供不同波長以適用於特殊粘合劑的固化要求。LED可以提供紫外光範圍從365nm到395nm和可見光範圍從405nm到460nm。
在紫外光或者可見光下,光引發劑釋放出自由基(丙烯酸體系)或者陽離子(環氧體系),這會引發聚合反應從而固化粘合劑。通常情況下,光強度越大固化時間越短。
